Booking Policy for K2 ADVENTURE PAKISTAN

1. Reservation and Booking Process:

All reservations must be made through [Your Company's Website/Authorized Agents/Official Channels].

A valid payment method is required to confirm a booking.

2. Payment methods:

Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking.

Payments can be made using [Accepted Payment Methods].

Prices are quoted in US Dollar [USD/ $] or EURO [EUR/€] or pound Sterling [GPB/£] for international visitor and Pakistani visitor can pay in Pakistani Rupee [PKR] of the scheduled departure are non-refundable

3. Confirmation:

Booking confirmation will be sent to the customer via email after successful payment.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review the confirmation for accuracy.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made above two months or more before the scheduled departure will receive a partial refund.

Cancellations made within months of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

    Day 01: Arrive at Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad

    Upon your arrival at Islamabad International Airport, our experienced and friendly guide, will be eagerly waiting to greet you. Look for a sign with your name at the arrival gate - will be there to assist you with any immigration or customs procedures and ensure a smooth transition through the airport.

    Your journey from the airport to your hotel will be a seamless experience. Our guide is well-versed in the local attractions, history, and can provide you with valuable insights into the culture of Islamabad. Feel free to ask any questions or share your preferences, and will do their best to make your stay enjoyable.

    Arrival in Skardu (10:30 AM):

    Touch down at Skardu Airport, where the crisp mountain air and the rugged terrain welcome you to this enchanting destination. Meet your local guide who will accompany you throughout the day, providing insights into the rich culture and history of the region

    Day 03: Spend free day in Skardu

    Welcome to Skardu, the gateway to some of the most breathtaking mountain landscapes on Earth! As you find yourself with a free day in this enchanting region, consider making the most of your time by exploring the beauty that Skardu has to offer. Here are some recommendations for your day:

    Use this free day to rest and acclimatize to the altitude. Take it easy, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and allow your body to adjust before the challenging trek to K2 Base Camp.

    Take advantage of the free day to organize your gear and ensure everything is in order for the trek ahead. Double-check your supplies, review your itinerary, and make any necessary preparations.:

    Day 04: Drive to Askole village.

    Embarking on the road trip from Skardu to Askole (3040 m)  promises an unforgettable adventure. The 127-kilometer journey through the Karakoram Range offers a visual feast of rugged terrains, river crossings, and stunning landscapes. Brace yourself for a 5-7 hour drive in sturdy 4WD vehicles, driven by local experts who navigate the challenging route with skill. Each turn unfolds breathtaking views, setting the stage for the extraordinary trek that awaits at K2 Base Camp. Get ready for a road trip that seamlessly blends thrill, nature, and the essence of the Karakorams.

  • Day 5

    Day 05: Trek from Askole to Jhula Campsite- Gateway to the Giants

    Askole to Korofong:

    The initial part of the trek takes you through the Braldo River. The trail meanders through the picturesque landscape, with views of the surrounding mountains.

    After trekking of 3.5 hours we will arrive at korfong campsite where, you will serve a fresh and energy filled lunch or pack lunch.

    The trail continues along the Braldo River, and you may pass through Bardumal on the way to Jhula. The scenery is characterized by rocky terrain and the presence of the mighty Karakoram peaks.

    The final stretch takes you from Bardumal to Jhula Camp. The terrain varies from rocky paths to river crossings. The trek is challenging but immensely rewarding due to the spectacular mountain vistas. The duration of the trek from Askole to Jhula Camp can range from 6-8 hours , depending on the pace of the trekking group.

    Day 06: Trek from Jhula Camp to Paiju Camp - Glacial Majesty

    The trek from Jhula Camp to Paiju Campsite is another segment of the famous Baltoro Glacier trek in the Karakoram Range. This part of the trek takes you deeper into the breathtaking landscapes, offering stunning views of glaciers and towering peaks

    Day 08: Trek from Paiju to Khoburtse Ascending Peaks and Glacial Trails

    Day 09: Cross small glaciers and walk to Urdukus

    Day 10: Trekking to Goro II, Where Peaks and Ice Converge

    Begin your trek with the first light of dawn, setting out from the peaceful surroundings of Urdukus. The morning ascent unveils panoramic views, providing a preview of the glacial wonders that await.

  • Day 11

    Day 11: Trek to Concordia - the throne room of mountains Gods

    The day begins early at Goro II Base Camp, situated amidst the breathtaking landscape of the Baltoro Glacier. After a hearty breakfast, gear up for an exciting day of trekking towards the spectacular confluence of the Baltoro Glacier and the Godwin-Austen Glacier, known as Concordia.

    Day 12: Trek to Broad Peak and K2 Base Camps - Confluence of Giants (optional)

    Begin your day early at Concordia, after a quick breakfast, prepare for an exhilarating day of trekking that will take you to the base camps of two iconic peaks - Broad Peak and K2.

    Day 12: Trek to Ali Camp

    Start your trek early to make the most of the day and witness the changing colors of the towering peaks as the sun gradually ascends in the sky.

    Day 13: Trek to Khuispang over Gondogoro La

    Start your trek at 3 am from Ali Camp, fueled by the anticipation of conquering the renowned Gondogoro La. The crisp mountain air and the first light of day set the stage for an exhilarating trek.

  • Day 14

    Day 14: Trek to Saicho

    Embark on a new day of exploration from the tranquil setting of Khuispang. As the morning sun bathes the mountains in warm hues, begin your trek towards the captivating destination of Saicho.

  • Day 15

    Day 15: Trek to Hushe and drive to Skardu

    Begin your day with an early morning departure from Hushe Village. As you lace up your hiking boots, relish the anticipation of a scenic trek that will lead you to the charming village of Hushe.

    The trail meanders through alpine meadows, offering enchanting views of the Karakoram peaks. Capture photographs of the majestic surroundings as you make your way towards Hushe.

    After bidding farewell to Hushe, embark on a scenic drive to Skardu. The journey offers breathtaking views of the Karakoram landscapes, winding along the banks of the mighty Shyok River.

    Arrive in Skardu town in the late afternoon. Check into your accommodation and take some time to relax after the day's trek and drive.

    The short flight provides a bird's-eye perspective of the dramatic landscapes that characterize northern Pakistan. Upon descent into Islamabad, guests are transferred to the hotel.
